You have thirty days to examine the products you buy from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your selection, return it for a full refund less the cost of shipping. Returned items must be new (never used) and in showroom condition.

Force-E will promptly refund the full purchase price of any new and unused merchandise within thirty days of purchase. Just give us a call toll free 866-645-3187 or email cs@force-e.com for a Return Authorization number. You can also return any merchandise at any of our Force-E locations. All refunds will be credited to the original source of payment. Original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded. However, exchanged items will be shipped to you at our expense.

Fit and function are equal concerns when investing in diving equipment. The only way to be sure a product meets your needs and expectations is to dive with it. Use it as often as you wish. If you don't love it, return it within thirty days of delivery and we'll exchange it for a different size or brand of similar equipment; BC for BC, Mask for Mask etc. All you pay is shipping and handling if any. Returned items must be in very good condition and completely operational. You can also return any merchandise to any of our Force-E locations.
